was established in 2006 for the sole purpose of providing the gas industry with an Easy-to-Use and Cost Effective Job-Board for posting open-job positions.

It has been my mission (and passion) to enrich the lives of others by providing a resource service that benefits qualified candidates looking for career opportunities, while at the same time filling the needs of companies looking for top talent.

Today, we’ve become the Propane Gas Industry’s most recognized Employment Resource Service.

Propane Employment Resource Service Starting in the gas business in 1980, my passion and expertise was in management development and personnel recruiting while working as the Regional Human Resources Manager. Having learned the propane business from the bottom-up, I developed a niche for placing key people in critical positions, relative to each individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and industry background.

Having worked for two major propane gas marketers from 1980 to 2006.
My positions included:

Regional Manager - Human Resources & Employee Relations
Area Manager
District Manager

While working, I earned a master's degree in Management & Organizational Development and a bachelor's degree in Management. My membership associations and professional certificates include:
